'BrightGrainCorner started off as a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-oriented business, boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our brand, mastered the pizza craft through her Italian explorations, learning from esteemed Neapolitan pizza chefs. After coming back to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of real Italian pizza, embracing old-world methods and premium materials.
From a cozy 12-seater pizza shop, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Yet, we've kept steadfast in our promise to quality and genuine taste. Our use of traditional wood-burning ovens, daily dough preparation, and procurement of top-tier ingredients remain unchanged.
'BrightGrainCorner' is still in the hands of the founding family, with the Bianchi progeny now spearheading our devoted crew. While we have adopted certain contemporary advancements, the core of our business endures: producing scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites folks.
